2. Search your inbox for a message from therapyportal.com.
3. If neither of the above works, send me a message in Spruce and let me know, and I will email it to you again.
The more days go by between my sending you the link and you looking for it to complete your paperwork, the less likely it is you will be able to find it when you need it. I recommend clicking on the link asap after I send it to you, creating your password, then bookmarking the site in your web browser. You can then get back to where you need to be to complete your paperwork. This is also where you'll schedule and cancel appointments, so remember your password and keep the link handy.
